Neutral boy’s nursery
That wild animal printed wallpaper is the neatest ever, no? Mama Emily, who designed this nursery with her friend, designer Marisa Ojile for baby Mack (whose sweet face you’ll see in a moment), got it from Chasing Paper, where you’re guaranteed to spend a good deal of time on after perusing this space. All the rest of the pieces in this room are just as inspired… as if you couldn’t already tell. So glad the talented Rachel Wooten Photography sent this one our way, it’s a day-maker!
Emily explains, Marisa Ojile and I were constantly texting ideas and links back and forth to get the look we were going for. I really wanted something modern and clean but wanted to add some funky, playful elements. Marisa recommended a wallpaper accent wall and when we found this “wild” print we knew that would be our starting point.
One of Emily’s fave pieces is the mudcloth blanket by Iviebaby on the side of the crib—the other side is a soft faux fur that M loves cuddling up next to, but it still totally fits the room’s theme.
Love getting the chance to share so many different milestones all wrapped into one post…
Isn’t this the most perfect little face to snuggle up in a cozy nursery?
